Bendemeer

Since the day it was completed, Bendemeer has been recognised as one of Queenstown's premier developments and the property is yet again gaining an increasing reputation of a well managed, well presented high quality residential lifestyle development. Monk Earthworks were integral in this release and much of the sub divisions development.

Bendemeer is a premium residential development within 110 hectares of rolling pastureland. It is a master planned development designed to ensure that all lot owners enjoy both the private house site and the natural beauty of the surrounding property.

Owners are required to comply with the resource consent requirements for Bendemeer,  the District Plan for the development and all other applicable requirements for building developments. Landscaping and planting are also key elements in this process. All of these factors were effectively managed by Monk Earthworks in the lead up to the release.
